Ask within fourteen days of purchase and we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
After 14 days
If Keyline is not doing what this site says it does, tell us. We would rather fix it or refund you than have you stuck with something that does not work.
How to ask
Email hello@usekeyline.com from the address you bought with, or include the licence key. Nothing else is needed.
How the money comes back
Refunds go through the payment provider you bought from, back to the method you paid with. How long that takes is up to your bank, not us — usually a few working days.
What happens to the licence
A refunded licence stops being renewed, and the plugin returns to the free tier when the copy on your machine runs out, within a fortnight.
Everything you generated or exported before then stays yours, with no restriction, including for client work you charge for. We do not reach into your files, and a refund does not change that.
Annual subscriptions
Subscriptions renew once a year. Cancel any time before the renewal date and you are not charged again; you keep what you paid for until the period you have already bought runs out.
