What you are buying
An annual subscription to the paid parts of Keyline, a Figma plugin. The plugin itself is free to install. A subscription unlocks the pages that set out rules — clearspace, contrast, permitted backgrounds, misuse, icons — and the export bundle.
What a seat is
One seat is one Figma account. You may use it on as many computers as you like. Pro is one seat; Studio is five.
You can move a seat to a different Figma account from your licence page, once every seven days. The wait is there so that a seat is a seat and not a rota.
What you own
Everything Keyline produces is yours. The pages, the components, the exported files, the colour and type tokens — all of it, with no restriction, for any purpose including client work you charge for. We claim nothing in it and you owe us no credit.
You are licensed to use the plugin. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or extract parts of it into another product.
If your subscription ends
Nothing you have already made is touched. Your settings, your logo slots and every page you have generated stay exactly where they are, in your file, yours. Everything you exported stays exported.
What stops is generating the paid pages and running new exports. The plugin still opens and the free parts still work.
Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, ask and we refund it. After that, if Keyline is not doing what this site says it does, tell us — we would rather fix it or refund you than have you stuck with it.

Offline and outages
Keyline checks your licence when it opens and keeps working for fourteen days without reaching us. If our server is down, or you are on a plane, or your connection is having a bad day, nothing changes for you. We built that in because being locked out mid-delivery would be our fault, not yours.
What we do not promise
That the plugin is free of defects, or that it will fit every brand. Keyline computes rules from the artwork and settings you give it: the arithmetic is tested, and the judgement of whether the result is right for your brand is yours. Check the output before you hand it to a client, as you would check any work.
Figma is not ours. If Figma changes something that breaks the plugin, we will fix it as quickly as we can, but we cannot promise it never happens.
Our liability
Limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. We are a small operation and cannot carry more than that; if you need more, do not buy this.
Ending it
You can cancel any time; your licence runs to the end of the period you paid for. We can end a licence for non-payment, for a chargeback, or for reselling the plugin — and we will tell you why first.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Dominica, where the seller is established. Where you buy through a merchant of record, that company is the seller of record for the transaction and its own terms apply to the payment; these terms govern your use of the software.
Changes
If we change these terms, the ones you bought under keep applying until your renewal.
